Queen Tahj, January 2026 W.O.N.O.
In January 2025 Queen Tahj of the Golden Eagles Tribe made history becoming the first artist to handcraft the Super Bowl logo and theme art for Super Bowl LIX. On the anniversary of this achievement we have selected Queen Tahj as our January 2026 Woman of New Orleans and have created a glitter and confetti pairing that channels the color palette she used in her LIX artwork.
From the NFL website: "Her designs feature bold pinks, deep reds, chartreuses and lush greens, blending traditional elements with modern creativity in her intricate, hand-sewn beadwork. These colors symbolize the vibrancy of New Orleans and honor the Black Masking tradition, rooted in the deep cultural connections between African and Native American heritage"
